Description	En el año 1982 fue detenido Segundo Centurión, secretario general de la Federación Agraria Selva Maestra (FASMA) como consecuencia del paro de productores del maíz y llevado al Frontón, y liberado posteriormente. Para el año de 1992 es nuevamente detenido así como Lorenzo Izquierdo, son inculpados por actos terroristas ocurrdios en Tarapoto. La documentación recopilada contiene un informe legal sobre la situación de Segundo Centurión, una carta del mismo agardeciendo el apoyo de las organizaciones luego de su libertad, pronunciamiento y nota de prensa sobre la liberación de Segundo Centurión y Lorenzo Izquierdo, instrucción del caso contra los mismos, memorial. La carpeta tiene 30 folios. In 1982, Segundo Centurión, general secretary of the Federación Agraria Selva Maestra (FASMA) was arrested as a result of the corn producers' strike and taken to the Frontón, and later released. For the year of 1992 he is arrested again as well as Lorenzo Izquierdo, they are accused of terrorist acts that occurred in Tarapoto. The documentation compiled contains a legal report on the situation of Segundo Centurión, a letter from him praising the support of the organizations after his release, statement and press release on the release of Segundo Centurión and Lorenzo Izquierdo, instruction of the case against them , memorial. The folder has 30 sheets. 38 páginas
