Respuestas a invitaciones o solicitudes dirigidas al Tercer Consejo de parte de las comunidades campesinas, federaciones campesinas y de trabajadores, gremios estudiantiles, organizaciones de la sociedad civil nacionales y exrtanjeros, la Embajada de Francia, Universidad de Durham (Inglaterra), Cámara de diputados de Perú, etc. También hay una carta del fundador de la CCP Juan H. Pevez Oliveros. Contiene 49 folios.
